The rooms were small. The sleep number bed wouldn't stay inflated and the other bed didn't work. This property needs updating and repairs. It is run down and dank. It was over priced at $100 a night. This is a $50 a night motel at best. Because it is the only place for miles I guess charm and reasonable prices are not necessary.
Would have been fine for a run-down motel, but the HEAT DIDN'T EVEN WORK. So, we spent the evening and night far to cold, and nothing to do about it.
It is a little dated... they have nice, big flat screen televisions, and sleep number beds in some of the rooms... There is no breakfast included in the price of the room, but a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Our experience was not the same as the other reviews. We had to track down a staff member when we checked in, even tho we arrived exactly when we said we would. The room was dark & dingy. We opened the bathroom window & the curtain rod fell off the window. The electric outlets in the bathroom were broken & didn't work. There were no hair products (shampoo and/or conditioner), no hair dryer and no coffee maker. The beds were not sleep number beds. There was a flat screen TV with poor television service. When we went into the office in the morning to get coffee & a roll at 8:00 am, the small coffee pot was almost empty & there were 2 danish rolls left. The staff behind the counter never even looked up to acknowledge that we were there. We would not recommend this motel at all & will never stay there again.
Nice staff small town but if you need a place to lay your head it will do
