We paid for $2700 worth of appliances and were told that 2 items would be in on the next truck in 1 to 2 weeks. After speaking to 2 different people, picking up our items they had on hand, and almost 2 months later we still do not have our fridge or microwave. We have requested our moout back for the items not received and they do not return phone calls. Always say so in so handles that and will be in tomorrow she will call you. We ha e contacted the owner Darin and filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
Update on our situation, they sent us our money back. They want me to take off the negative review and I am pleased we got our money back, however, things still did not pan out the way they were supposed to, we still got our fridge completely dented and didn’t receive our dishwasher, microwave, microwave cover, or stove. The fridge was supposed to have replaced panels.
I am still not pleased with what happened and I will not do business with them again.

They do have some nice stuff and if u purchase anything from them, purchase what they have in stock, the stuff u can take with u right away. I am happy with our oven and that is the one thing that was in when we ordered.
I have had my new lg washer and dryer for almost a month, and am completely satisfied. The cost for the pair including delivery and installation was the price of one unit at other retailers. They work great and are a wonderful upgrade. Small dents are nothing compared to the quality of the product. And ...there is a repairman available should I need one, priceless. Thanks, Affordable Appliance.
More than just appliances! Very helpful staff and totally worth the drive for someone like me that isn’t local. I will continue to check here first before shopping at a corporate retailer. Please support this small business!
Also I will say, no one is ever in to help with anything. The only lady who helped me was not even from the right department.
We are so angry!!!! Do not order from these guys, we ordered in July, 112 days ago, never got our items, and never got a refund!!! “Their account is on breech” super sketchy!!!!! Give me our money back!!! This is a scam!! And now they deleted me off their Facebook account so I can’t leave a review on there!!!
It took 3 weeks to get our money back.
